Non-Resident Membership

Persons at least twenty-one years of age who, for at least nine months a year do not reside within forty miles of Public Square in Wilkes-Barre are eligible for Non-Resident Membership. Non-Resident Members are restricted to twenty rounds of golf per year and are non-voting members.
