The Birch Building, on the Penn State Lehman Campus, will be dedicated and equipped for Huntsville Golf Club’s use during summer 2011.

• Birch features 8 similar apartments providing 40 beds in 5-person max. apartments. Apartments are air-conditioned.
• Each apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Three bedrooms are “singles” with a twin bed. Each has a built in computer/desk station/wardrobe and drawers with ether net plugs and active hi-speed Internet connection and “wi-fi” access. The 4th bedroom is configured as a “double,” with twin “bunk” beds.
• Kitchens feature a refrigerator/freezer, range, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. They will be equipped with dishware sets, coffee maker, toaster and basic pots/pans.
• Bed linens, blankets, and towels will be provided.
• Each apartment living area is furnished and also has an active 40” HDTV (wall mounted, with special plugs allowing easy hookup of games, vcr’s, etc. -not provided).
• The main entrance door is equipped with a computer controlled locking system. A “key-fob” will be issued at check-in and programmed (the codes will be changed immediately after check out).
• A manager is available for check-in and out, and for any on-site issues.
• Parking is available right outside each building on our private lot.
• We have monitored alarm systems, smoke detectors and the buildings are fully sprinklered. Lighting is excellent and we engage security officers for night patrols for added safety.
