Food & Beverage Service

The goal of our new menus is to accommodate everyone while we maintain an efficient kitchen with great, timely service. The dinner menus consist of fresh seafood, prime steaks, and “from scratch” ingredients, including pasta, fresh mozzarella, and soups. We pride ourselves in using some high end, exclusive products, along with using proper cooking and preparation techniques, so as not to mask the natural quality or flavor. In conjunction with local farms, purveyors, and fish mongers, we are attempting to do our part in this new world of “green.” We are ordering seasonally and purchasing as close to home as possible.

The menu is now generated in-house, allowing us the flexibility to make quick changes based on food price fluctuations, seasonal foods, etc. The format of the menu will be the same, but the items will change here and there to keep the members interested.

The world spins faster, and we all lead busy lives that seem to keep getting busier. We hope that you will use the Club to grab a quick bite with the kids, or spend a leisurely evening with friends and fine food.

Lunch: 11:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Dinner: 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Closed Mondays & Tuesdays during months of April, October, November and December
Closed Mondays – remainder of the season

Sundays – Ala Carte Dining
11:30 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Exceptions: April, November, December
11:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
